Renée Masching

Renée Masching

Renée Masching is a member of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation and is also of Irish descent. She was adopted as an infant and grew up in a family of Eastern and Western European heritage. Renée’s skills and passion are dedicated to leading Community-Based organizations, informing policy, advising decision-makers and health research from an Indigenous, strengths-based perspective. Renée is a Vanier Scholar, completing a PhD in Health at Dalhousie University. She lives in Mi’kma’ki (Nova Scotia) with her family.
