is a Professor of Anthropology in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Dalhousie University. Liz works on the political economy and ecology of food and agriculture, with a Latin American focus. Her recent research examines the seasonal agricultural worker program in Atlantic Canada and its effect on workers and their families.
